The Florida West Coast Section of the American Society of
Mechanical Engineers (ASME) awards a scholarship each year to a
mechanical engineering student at the University of South
Florida (USF). In memory of Helen Prince’s passing, the
scholarship amount was raised from one thousand dollars to one
thousand five hundred dollars beginning in 2010.
