The
Florida West Coast Section of the American Society of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) awards a thousand dollar scholarship each year
to a mechanical engineering student at the University of South
Florida (USF).
To be eligible, a student must be enrolled in the USF Mechanical
Engineering Department and be a student member of ASME. The
scholarship is be awarded on the basis of scholastic merit,
college activities, and financial needs, with each category
equally weighted. Presentation of a letter of application is
required. An attractive resume format with the following
information must be submitted.
